1. What we can remove

• the link to the page or gallery that contains your material;
• the thumbnail, title and description we publish next to that link;
• on request, every link in the archive that points to the same domain.

We cannot remove the material itself from the third-party server, because we have no access to it.

2. How to send a notice

Send your notice to igor.mihalych@gmail.com from an address we can reply to. To let us act without a round of questions, please include:

1. identification of the copyrighted work, or of the person depicted, that the complaint concerns;
2. the exact URL on this website where the offending link or thumbnail appears (a category or TGP page address);
3. the URL of the third-party page the link points to;
4. your name and contact details, and your relation to the work or to the person depicted;
5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act;
7. your physical or electronic signature.

3. What happens next

• Within 2 business days we confirm that the notice arrived.
• Within 5 business days the disputed link and its thumbnail are removed from the archive, or you receive a written explanation of why the notice does not apply.
• Complaints about non-consensual material or about a person who may have been a minor are treated as urgent: the link is disabled the same day, before the check is finished.

4. Counter-notice

If your link was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, write to the same address with the removed URL, your contact details and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification. We will review it and restore the entry if the counter-notice is justified.

5. Repeat infringers

A domain that is the subject of repeated valid notices is removed from the archive completely and is not accepted again through the submission form.

6. Other complaints

For anything that is not a copyright matter — a broken or hijacked link, malware on a linked site, a wrong description, an advertisement that does not belong on an adult site — use the contact page. Those reports keep the archive usable and are always welcome.
